What are your hours of operation?

AJAM, the Advocate, is a high school administrator by day and consultant by night. On weekdays, initial client meetings can start as early as 3:30 pm. On weekends appointments start as early as 8:00 am. Once initial appointments occur, AJAM will work with each client to create a detailed support plan, including more daytime availability.

What are your shipping policies?

Please provide a PHYSICAL address (no PO Box) and allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is en route. Your order may be shipped in separate packages depending on the supplier it comes from. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are unable to offer expedited shipping.
